We’ve created a space that is thoughtful, welcoming, and respectful of your time and ours. To ensure each guest receives the experience they deserve, we ask that you honor the following policies.

CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that life happens. If you need to adjust your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed within this window will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service(s).

MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If an appointment is missed without notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be applied. This allows us to protect the time reserved just for you.

CARD ON FILE:
A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. This helps us provide a seamless booking experience while honoring the time we set aside for each guest.
